Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff via POS
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues
- Set up tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, and specials
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Preform daily cleaning tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable and willing to work
