Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and drink orders using thePOS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.Assist with food preparation as needed.maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as required.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes

Skills

Experience in the food industry with knowledge of food preparation and handling practices.Experience in cashiering and cash handling0procedures. Strong upselling skills to promote menu items effectively. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.A helpful attitude towards customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
