Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Servers/Bartenders/Waitresses to join our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding dining experiences by delivering excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring that guests have a memorable visit. You will be a key player in our restaurant's success, contributing to a positive atmosphere and high-quality service.

Key Duties:

Customer Service:

Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about food and drink options.

Order Taking:

Accurately take and enter orders into the point-of-sale system, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are addressed.

Food and Beverage Service:

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct order and presentation.

Guest Interaction:

Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.

Table Maintenance:

Clear and clean tables between guests, maintain a tidy dining area, and manage table settings.

Cash Handling:

Accurately process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide change or receipts.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and address any issues that arise.

Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment. ProServe is mandatory.

Drink Preparation:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and customer requests.

Bar Management:

Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary ingredients, glassware, and supplies for smooth operation.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Keep the bar area clean and organized, following sanitation and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience as a server/bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
