Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences - Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated customers - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus If you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for customers through your bartending skills, we encourage you to apply.
