Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to proper food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Process payments accurately through cashiering duties, utilizing basic math skills for transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables while providing attentive service. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members.
