Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Assist with food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Serve customers at the counter or in the dining area, providing friendly and efficient service Support food presentation and portioning to meet quality standards Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences during busy hours

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality background or experience working in a team-oriented setting is advantageous Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety guidelines at all times
