and Bartender

to join the front-of-house team at Lotus Kitchen & Bar. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing attentive service, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Master the menu and understand all food, beverage, and promotion offerings Take orders accurately, make thoughtful recommendations, and be mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions Greet and seat guests efficiently while managing table flow and layout Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy Assist with drink preparation (including specialty teas and non-alcoholic beverages) as needed Provide warm, attentive, and genuine customer service Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean, welcoming environment Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations Help with opening/closing tasks as needed
