Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, a passion for food service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Excellent math skills for processing payments and managing tabs. Exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. A passion for providing outstanding guest services that enhance the overall dining experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.20 per hour
