We are seeking a results-driven SEO/SEM Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads (AdWords) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid and organic search strategies to increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Manage campaign budgets and deliver high-quality performance reports
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, content) and technical SEO
Monitor analytics to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and design teams
Stay current with industry trends and platform updates (e.g., Google algorithm changes)
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
Proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Understanding of website architecture, HTML/CSS, and page speed optimization
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification preferred
Preferred Experience:
E-commerce or lead generation campaign experience
Familiarity with Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms
Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques
Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
