Yocale is a growing B2B SaaS platform helping service-based businesses streamline bookings, sales, and customer engagement. We're expanding across North America and need a technical operator who can support our growth stack, end to end.
This role blends technical SEO, website management (WordPress + Webflow), and analytics, with a strong focus on growth. You'll work hands-on across site performance, tracking, and conversion optimization--building the foundation that connects online traffic to measurable revenue.

What You'll Own
Main Responsibilities
Plan and execute technical SEO and local SEO initiatives to increase search visibility.
Improve website performance: crawl efficiency, internal linking, page load speed, and structured data.
Build and refine Yocale's website + landing pages in Webflow, with coding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript when needed.
Use AI-powered tools for keyword research, SEO automation, and reporting insights.
Perform technical audits to uncover bottlenecks, and implement fixes.
Manage analytics and reporting through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Own projects end-to-end, ensuring optimization efforts tie back to business outcomes.
Partner with marketing and product teams to align web and SEO improvements with company growth goals.
What You Bring
4-6+ years in technical SEO, web development, or digital growth operations.
Knowledge of structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawl optimization, and site architecture.
Strong experience with Webflow and WordPress; capable in front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JS).
Experience applying AI tools for SEO strategy, automation, or analytics.
Advanced skills in web analytics and tracking platforms (GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Search Console).
A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or Looker Studio for reporting.
Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled service industries.
Exposure to chatbots, scheduling tools, or outbound automation platforms.
