SEO Specialist -- What You'll Do

You'll develop and execute SEO strategy and execution to improve client search visibility, grow organic traffic consistently, and support long-term digital performance. The role blends research, technical SEO, on-page improvements, and clear reporting.

Core Responsibilities

Run keyword research, market reviews, and competitor audits to uncover growth opportunities. Complete technical SEO audits and partner with developers to implement fixes. Improve on-page SEO, including metadata, headings, internal links, and overall page structure. Develop and maintain content direction for blogs, landing pages, and supporting SEO assets. Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Prepare monthly SEO reporting and communicate insights to internal teams and clients. Keep up with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices. Support migrations, redesigns, and new site launches with SEO planning and execution. Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and PPC teams to ensure SEO aligns with other channels.
What We're Looking ForRequired

1+ years of practical SEO experience (digital agency experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO fundamentals. Comfortable with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Able to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain SEO work clearly. Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
