Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented, analytical SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll develop and execute SEO strategies that improve client search visibility, drive sustainable organic growth, and strengthen long-term digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive keyword research, market analysis, and competitor audits. Perform technical SEO assessments and collaborate with developers to implement fixes. Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure. Build and maintain content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and supporting assets. Monitor and evaluate SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Produce monthly SEO reports and present key insights to internal teams and clients. Stay current on algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices. Support site migrations, redesigns, and new website launches with SEO-led planning and execution. Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and PPC teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel alignment.

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience is an asset). Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO fundamentals. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain SEO recommendations clearly. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience working in a digital agency environment. Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Knowledge of local SEO and schema markup. Ability to plan or support the creation of SEO-friendly content.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
