The Role

We're looking for a hands-on

SEO Specialist

who will take ownership of SEO execution and client results. You'll collaborate with our web, ads, and CRM teams to ensure SEO is fully integrated into each client's marketing strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in SEO and is ready for long-term career growth -- including the opportunity to become an SEO Team Lead as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and optimize SEO strategies that drive measurable results for clients. Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns. Coordinate press releases and off-page SEO initiatives. Improve on-site content scores (with writing provided by the content team). Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes, especially on WordPress. Resolve indexation, crawl, and site performance issues. Collaborate with ads, web development, and CRM teams for aligned strategies. Attend daily morning video meetings at 6:30 a.m. PST.

Future Growth Opportunity:

Contribute to building SEO processes, mentoring new team members, and positioning yourself for a potential promotion to

SEO Team Lead

as the department grows.

What We're Looking For

Expert-level understanding of SEO -- you've managed campaigns end-to-end. Strong technical SEO skills, especially for WordPress websites. Experience in link building, press release distribution, and content optimization. Highly organized, decisive, and results-driven. Comfortable on camera for internal team meetings. Positive energy, self-motivation, and a commitment to continual improvement. Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a more senior position.
