As an SEO Manager you will be reporting to the Director, Demand Generation and your focus will be to build a sales pipeline through effective demand generation leading, optimizing, and improving our already strong Organic Search program. You will also be able to contribute to other growth initiatives/programs depending on personal interests, such as CRO/email marketing as part of the Demand Generation team. The overall goal of Demand Generation is to help us achieve our growth goals for new business acquisition (MQLs, Pipeline, and ARR Closed Won) to help support Fiix and Rockwell Automation\'s continued growth in the industrial software category.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global SEO program at Fiix Software and partner with the web and content team on content strategy, on-page, off-page, CTA, and technical SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with broader Fiix and Rockwell Automation marketing team in evolving and streamlining existing SEO processes, whilst identifying opportunities for new processes that help drive growth within our industry.
  • Perform keyword research to map keywords and identify gaps and new opportunities as Fiix expands product lines or requires analysis of existing search TAM. You should feel comfortable using data from various SEO and analytics tools to build out a SEO planning framework.
  • Maintain visibility of important trends and best practices around search engine algorithms, competitive landscapes, the industry and guest search behavior to enable continued strategy development.
  • Collaborating with various teams and web development team to execute CRO experiments to help drive results.
  • Measure, report, and share key learnings from web analytics (GA4), lead generation, and pipeline building activities with various internal teams, finding opportunities to improve approaches \xe2\x80\x93 you should feel confident in these environments!
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of the Fiix nurture program including aspects of campaign strategy, development, execution and measurement.
  • Working with the Demand Generation director, customer success, and customer marketing teams on the advocacy and review program to support the prospect experience when it comes to building case studies, reviews, and social proof.
  • 1 direct report, Demand Generation Copywriter \xe2\x80\x93 who helps fuel content/copy for SEO, email, and advertising efforts for the entire Demand Generation team.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree

  • You\'ll have 5+ years of proven experience building, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing SEO programs that drive to a pipeline or MQ
  • You have direct experience owning the SEO program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve on-page and off-page SEO tactics to help drive demand generation, grow market awareness
