Since 2002, CSN has grown to become the leader in collision repair with 200 collision repair Centres across Canada.SummaryOur Marketing Team is responsible for helping each of the licensees grow their business through national advertising campaigns (TV, radio, billboards, social media, industry publications), digital and website development, as well as sponsorships and signage. A huge part of our marketingWorking with the Team Lead, Digital Marketing, the SEO Copywriter is responsible for implementing SEO Strategies in order to improve the rankings of CSN shops web pages. They will be responsible for developing impactful content, using on-page and off-page strategies.Primary Objectives of the Role

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and website optimization to create high-quality content around relevant terms and trends.
• Maintain and optimize CSN website, including shop pages, employing SEO best practices.
• Develop and write copy for digital content in the automotive space that meets marketing objectives for off-page SEO strategy from beginning to end.
• Proofread/edit and optimize copy for on-page and off-page SEO campaigns.
• Find the right balance for developing content in the automotive and collision repair niche that generates brand awareness and genuinely makes the audience aware of the collision repair.

RequirementsEducation and Qualifications:

• Experience at digital agencies, online publications and/or experience writing digital content for service-based industries/companies.
• Understanding of industry best practices in SEO.
• Experience writing copy that is SEO-friendly and optimized for the web.
• University education in English, journalism, digital marketing, media studies and/or a related field (good to have).

Experience:

• Copywriting: 2-3 years
• Must have a portfolio of previously written content pieces.

Work Environment and Requirements:

• This role is fully remote. The candidate needs to be based in Canada or USA.
• The candidate needs to have access to a computer with MS Word
• The candidate must be able to commit to 10 hours a week for this role.
