Role Summary
We are searching for a Senior Value Consultant who will liaise with product marketing, sales executives, customer success managers and business stakeholders to develop key value metrics and produce templates, reports and information on the benefits of our solutions. In this role, you will also work closely with customers to help them measure their outcomes and value from our solutions and services. The customer facing component will be a hybrid model, leading deep-dive customer engagements for key accounts while also training and co-delivering value realization motions in partnership with our Customer Success Teams.
To ensure success as a value consultant, you should have in-depth analysis, storytelling and presentation skills along with the ability to think dynamically about outcomes, products, and solutions. A top-notch value consultant should be proactive in their approach to sales and customer success, possessing excellent client relationship management skills.
