This is a remote opportunity in Canada.YOUR IMPACT

• You will review requests for proposals to ensure accurate data and plan design information is in order for all quotes.
• You will be responsible for entering in all information into MIRA or workbook, WEBS, to produce a proposal or provide factors for the partner.
• You will re-evaluate proposal based on either new employee data, new rates or updated plan design information.
• You will be responsible for responding to Partner\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries in a timely manner.
• You will provide the CSL\'s and CSR\'s with alternates for in-force groups.
• You will support the quotes and renewals team\'s as well as the large case underwriter as needed, to ensure volumes are manageable and response time is within SLA.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• You will need to learn our systems and processes within the first 30 days of employment.
• You will need to build relationships with underwriters and renewal analysts in all office locations.
• You will need to manage, and build rapport with partners and executives.
• You will be able to complete rating and send proposals and rating on non-complex cases within first 21 days.
• You will be able to assist on straightforward renewals and alternates within the first 30 days.

THIS IS YOU

• You have Post Secondary Education in mathematics, statistics, or another related field.
• You come with 10+ years\' of Group Underwriting experience, including negotiations.
• You have completed or are working towards completing your GBA/CEBS Designation.
• You have previous experience in group benefits.

YOUR COMPENSATIONAt the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary pay range for this position is $95,000-$100,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training.
