About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer with 6+ years of experience and strong expertise in Figma to lead end-to-end user experience design. In this role, you'll own and scale our design system, collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers, and craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for our products.

What You'll Do:

Design and optimize end-to-end user workflows across responsive web and mobile platforms. Strengthen and maintain the Figma design system, including components, tokens, libraries, and documentation Collaborate closely with the Design Director, Product Managers, and Developers to deliver high-quality features Clearly present and communicate UX decisions and rationale to stakeholders Consider backend logic, edge cases, and full user journeys in all designs Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready design assets Ensure accessibility, design consistency, and UX best practices across consumer-facing and enterprise SaaS interfaces

What We Require for this Role:

6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience across web and mobile platforms Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, prototyping, and design libraries Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams Strong ability to think holistically about user workflows, logic, and experience consistency

Bonus Points for Candidates Who Have:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Spanish, Mandarin or other second language proficiency Experience in streaming video or media platform space is a strong plus Top-Tier Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a 4-yr accredited institution globally ranked in the top 500 universities.
