The Senior Treasury Analyst supports all aspects of Treasury activities, including the defined contribution plans, daily cash transactions, daily cash position, cash forecasting and monitoring of compliance with banks. This role works under general accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards as they relate to Treasury.

What you'll do:

• Analyze current treasury risk management data
• Identify current financial trends and issues
• Collaborate with IT, banks, AP and AR to maintain uninterrupted flow of funds
• Prepare data for annual insurance renewals
• Cash forecasting and Balance sheet and Cash Flow Plans
• Provide guidance and ensure accuracy of deliverables of any cash management Treasury Analyst(s)
• Review rates, fees, terms and conditions of bank services
• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly reports
• Ensure daily cash activities are accurately balanced and accounted for
• Assist in the ongoing development of processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of cash management activities

What you need to succeed
Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4 years of experience in a finance supporting role
• Working knowledge of general accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong excel skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with critical attention to detail
• History of working independently with little direction
• Track record of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company while meeting deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

• Graduate degree
• Previous treasury experience
• CFA designation
