ENGLISH: We are seeking candidates who are bilingual in French and English and willing to work onsite from our office in Bromont QC (a hybrid work schedule can be considered).
Summary:

Manage import/export compliance for Teledyne MEMS in Bromont, supporting functional areas such as contracts, supply chain, engineering, and shipping. Requires expertise in Canadian and U.S. trade laws, ITAR, EAR, Wassenaar, and Canadian Controlled Goods Program. Hands-on experience implementing corporate compliance policies and procedures is essential.
Responsibilities:Implement trade compliance policies in alignment with Canadian regulations. Ensure proper product classification for import/export. Prepare and manage export permits, re-export authorizations, and import documentation. Conduct third-party screening and due diligence. Deliver compliance training and maintain accurate records. Perform audits, self-assessments, and corrective actions. Respond to inquiries and support investigations of non-compliance. Prepare compliance reports and presentations. Manage trade compliance requests and logistics support as needed.

Qualifications:Degree/diploma in commerce, business, or international trade preferred. 5-10 years' experience with U.S. ITAR/EAR and Canadian trade laws. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/French); excellent communication skills. Proficient in SAP S4 Hana and MS Office. Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance. Ability to travel up to 20%.

Work Conditions:Onsite role; hybrid schedule possible (up to 2 remote days/week). Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines. Commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Gerer la conformite des importations et exportations pour Teledyne MEMS a Bromont, en soutenant des fonctions telles que les contrats, la chaine d'approvisionnement, l'ingenierie et l'expedition. Exige une expertise des lois commerciales canadiennes et americaines, ITAR, EAR, Wassenaar et Programme des marchandises controlees du Canada. Une experience pratique dans la mise en oeuvre des politiques et procedures de conformite corporative est essentielle.
Responsabilites :Mettre en oeuvre les politiques de conformite commerciale conformement a la reglementation canadienne. Assurer la classification correcte des produits pour l'import/export. Preparer et gerer les permis d'exportation, autorisations de reexportation et documents d'importation. Effectuer le filtrage des tiers et la diligence raisonnable. Dispenser des formations sur la conformite et maintenir des dossiers precis. Realiser des audits, auto-evaluations et actions correctives. Repondre aux demandes et soutenir les enquetes en cas de non-conformite. Preparer des rapports et presentations sur la conformite. Gerer les demandes liees a la conformite commerciale et le soutien logistique au besoin.

Qualifications :Diplome en commerce, affaires ou commerce international (prefere). 5 a 10 ans d'experience avec ITAR/EAR (Etats-Unis) et lois commerciales canadiennes. Solides competences analytiques, organisationnelles et en resolution de problemes. Bilingue (anglais/francais) ; excellentes aptitudes en communication. Maitrise de SAP S4 Hana et MS Office. Admissible a l'habilitation du Programme des marchandises controlees du Canada. Capacite a voyager jusqu'a 20 %.
