Contract rates

: $110 - $150/hr depending on experience and training. Additional compensation available if offering supervision.

What You'll Do:

Empower Clients & Clinicians:

Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals. There is an opportunity to also provide supervision and mentorship to provisional psychologists and practicum students.

Provide Therapy Services:

Offer therapy to individuals, and ideally, couples and families

Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Registered Psychologist:

We are primarily seeking a Fully Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). However, we are also open to considering other experienced, fully registered professionals such as Registered Clinical Social Workers (MSW) or equivalent mental health clinicians with extensive experience in therapy and complex cases. We are not accepting applications for Provisional Psychologists at this time.

Experience & Expertise:

A minimum of 5 years experience in providing therapy services to individuals, couples, or families, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Interest and ability to provide supervision is an asset.

Compassion & Empathy:

A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.

Team Leader:

Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and thriving team environment.

Technology Knowledge:

Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite, Dropbox, and Jane.

Background Requirements:

Graduate Degree in Mental Health Field:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology (or equivalent), Clinical Social Work, or a related field.

Professional Registration in Alberta

: Must be fully registered and in good standing with a relevant Alberta regulatory body such as the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) or Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
