What We Do

We provide tailored services for individuals aged 2 years to young adults, using proven Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) approaches, including IBI, ESDM, and ACT. Our services span home, community, and centre-based programs in Hamilton and surrounding areas.

Your Impact - What You'll Do

Conduct assessments and create individualized programs to help clients thrive

Develop, coach, and consult on skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans

Collect and analyze data to measure progress and improve programs

Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and community members

Oversee Instructor Therapists and support program implementation

Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing clinical supervision

Write reports and meet deadlines like a pro

Bring your creativity, passion, and expertise to make a real difference every day

What We're Looking For - Skills & Strengths

Strong knowledge of ABA methods with coaching and consultation experience

Ability to thrive independently and in collaborative teams

Excellent communication with families, colleagues, and community members

Outstanding organization, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills

Open to feedback and continuous learning

Energetic, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience implementing ABA therapy across age groups

Post-secondary education in ABA

Experience in behavior management techniques

Standard First Aid & CPR certification

Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

PECS training is a bonus
