What you will do:
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for IT roles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles (e.g., cloud architects, ERP and CRM implementation consultants, software engineers, data scientists).
Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with KPMG's values.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and technology communities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up to date with technology hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment activities.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
What you bring to this role:
Deep knowledge of the digital and tech talent market nationally: expertise in sourcing IT professionals.
5-7 years of full cycle recruitment experience with a focus on IT roles across various domains, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of IT skillsets, certifications, and market trends.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for the latest innovative personnel search tools
A strong interest in technology and entrepreneurship. You are hungry for context and information
Strong analytical ability with a data curious nature and ability to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
