Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Technology Architect to support digital health initiatives with a focus on standards, interoperability, and partner engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and strong collaboration skills across business, clinical, and technical domains.

Must-Haves:
10+ years in adult learning, content design, and/or technical e-learning
10-15 years of experience in digital health standards
10+ years working with digital exchange standards such as FHIR, SNOMED-CT, and LOINC
Proven experience implementing terminology services and solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Perform current state assessments and gap analyses
Develop strategic plans, business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses
Lead requirements gathering and prepare supporting documentation (briefing notes, presentations)
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across technical, clinical, and business domains
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements
