Are you a strategic and technically driven Senior Technical Product Owner who thrives on leading digital transformation and modernization initiatives? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our leading financial clients, playing a pivotal role in shaping digital customer experiences and driving modernization through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other enterprise platforms.
Working with one of our top clients, this role calls for a Senior Technical Product Owner / Salesforce Marketing Cloud with deep expertise in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and overseeing sprint delivery to ensure consistent value realization. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of agile delivery, system integrations, and digital transformation frameworks.
Responsibilities:

• Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities and strategic goals.
• Define, refine, and prioritize user stories in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth execution.
• Track sprint velocity, burn rate, and delivery metrics to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Partner with development teams to monitor progress, remove blockers, and escalate issues as required.
• Contribute technical insight when integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud and modern platforms with legacy systems via APIs.
• Drive modernization and transformation initiatives to migrate from legacy systems to digital-first experiences.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and fostering transparency.

Desired Skill Set:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in large-scale digital programs.
• Strong background in modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and system integrations via APIs.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
