sizable number of individual and corporate clients

, offering specialized services in

personal (T1), corporate (T2), and trust (T3) tax return preparation

along with bookkeeping.

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Supervisor for our Tax Processing Department (T1-T2-T3)

. This leadership role is critical in supervising our tax processing team, reviewing financial statements and tax filings, and ensuring the highest standards in client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of 3 tax-specialized accounting technicians Review and validate T1/TP1, T2/CO-17, and T3 returns Ensure quality control and tax compliance on financial statements Monitor internal deadlines and client commitments Maintain strict client confidentiality Communicate with CRA and Revenu Quebec as required Support, coach, and direct the technicians to meet performance expectations

Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in processing T1, T2, and T3 tax returns Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and tax software Proven supervisory or team leadership experience Solid working knowledge of DtMAX and QuickBooks (strong assets) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory

Advanced tax expertise is essential -

CPA designation an asset

Candidate must reside within surroundings of West Island

Compensation & Conditions:

Competitive salary:

$80,000 - $95,000

, based on experience and demonstrated capabilities

90-day probationary period at a base salary of $60,000

. Upon permanent hire, the agreed salary will be

retroactively applied from day one
