CPA

looking to take the next step in your career? Advantage Accounting is seeking a

Senior Tax Accountant

to join our growing team in Windsor, Ontario. This is a

full-time, in-office role (not remote)

, ideal for professionals with a background in

public accounting firms

who have developed expertise in personal tax returns in both

Canada and the U.S.

At Advantage, you'll work directly with clients, gain exposure to complex tax files, and have the support of a collaborative team with access to

extensive training and professional development

What You'll Do

Prepare and review

T1 personal tax returns

for a wide range of clients (high-net-worth individuals, professionals, self-employed, cross-border) Manage

U.S. and cross-border filings

(1040, 1040NR, FBAR, etc.) Advise clients on tax planning opportunities and respond to CRA/IRS inquiries Communicate directly with clients in a professional, clear manner Mentor junior accountants during busy season Stay current with Canadian and U.S. tax law and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For

CPA designation (required)

5+ years of experience

in a public accounting firm Strong technical expertise in

Canadian personal tax returns

Knowledge of

cross-border and U.S. tax compliance

(asset) Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
