Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is seeking a Senior Talent Transformation Consultant to be part of our team.

The successful Consultant will apply skills in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR
Transformation, Target Operating Model Development or Adoption, Process Design, and or Benefits Realization.

Required Responsibilities:

  • Develop HR Strategies with a focus on helping clients transform their organizations to achieve target benefits. Assess HR processes, systems and operations and development of HR Transformation roadmaps including contributing to benefits cases and business cases in a variety of client settings.
  • Develop Organizational Change Management Strategies {Digital Change}, with a focus on re-defining the employee experience of change through purpose driven change programs. Deliverables include Organizational Change Approach, Persona Development, Change Planning, Impacts Identification, Stakeholder Analysis, Communications, Readiness, and Adoption.
  • Assist clients to implement Digital Transformations and organizational changes associated with large scale ERP implementations (SAP / Oracle), shared services, or other operating model changes.
  • Conduct process mapping, gap assessments, and process re-engineering in a variety of functional areas.
  • Develop Talent Management Strategies and Assessments for future skills including job roles and responsibilities, skills and behavior, and incentives.
  • Design and deliver design thinking sessions and facilitate workshops demonstrating excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Contribute to business proposal development and pursuits of consulting opportunities, project/program delivery, while managing client relationships.
  • Apply knowledge of and translate industry best practices for client engagements.
  • Design and deliver work products, presentations and material development including the direction/supervision to junior consultants.
In this position, you will work directly with clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions that drive business value. You will use consulting skills, analytical expertise, and business knowledge to determine business objectives, as well as processes, measurements, and appropriate tools for formulating hypotheses and testing conclusions that result in the best solution for business needs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience working with large-complex clients across various industries in creating and executing Organizational Change Management or HR/Talent Strategies.
  • Previous experience in an internal or external consulting role.
  • Previous experience in the use of consulting methodologies, models, and tools and project management (utilizing a formal/structured consulting methodology).
  • At least 2 years of experience in assisting with proposal development and sales activities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and presentation)
  • Readiness to travel up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • This job can be performed from Alberta.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Previous experience in a large consulting firm or HR function considered an asset Consulting, Change Management and/or Human Resources Designations (e.x, CHRP, PROSCI, CCMP, CMC etc.)
  • Experience with HR Cloud solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle
  • Experience with Enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, Maximo, Microsoft 360, etc.
