We\'re looking for a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner based out of Montreal or Toronto. You will report directly to the regional head of talent acquisition and be the sole talent sourcer on the North American recruiting team, supporting our hiring across all verticals for our critical technical and non-technical roles.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job requirements and candidate profiles
• Use your expert knowledge in finding and leveraging data and insights to drive recruitment activities and strategies
• Ensure informed decision-making and strategic alignment with internal teams and external partners throughout the duration of the recruitment process
• Deliver high-quality pipelines for multiple complex searches concurrently
• Build and use talent market insights and data to influence decisions across all levels and functional teams
• Use your expert knowledge and proven track record tapping traditional and non-traditional data sources (online, ATS, CRM, conferences, natural habitats, etc.) for candidate engagement and relationship building
• Gather hard-to-find passive candidate and competitor company data
• Decipher job descriptions, analyze complex information, and quickly grasp new ideas

What you need to bring:

This role is dynamic and requires a combination of market intelligence, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of Lightspeed\'s strategic goals. We\'re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Experience in recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles, executive search is a plus.
• Experienced in building and using talent market insights and data to influence decisions across all levels and functional teams.
• Natural curiosity. You\'re innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve.
• Strong sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong persuasive and effective written and spoken communication skills
• Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don\'t get overwhelmed easily.
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
