Collaborating closely with talent attraction partners, hiring leaders, and other internal partners, you will proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, market research, and candidate engagement will be essential in understanding evolving talent requirements and guiding the Talent Attraction team to secure the best candidates for ATB Financial.What you\'ll be doing:

  • Finding, attracting, and engaging top talent for hard-to-fill, senior and executive-level positions.
  • Building a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Working closely with talent attraction partners, hiring leaders, and other internal partners.
Accountabilities
  • Targeted Talent Sourcing for key talent streams:
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify, engage talent communities that align with the business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, hard-to-fill and executive positions aligned to the appropriate talent streams.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent heat maps - where available.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Talent Attraction team based on research findings.
  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates to build relationships and promote ATB Financial as an employer of choice.
  • Build the right connections with community partners to ensure that we have a diverse talent network for these key roles.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with talent attraction partners, hiring leaders and other internal partners to understand talent needs of the business / talent streams.
  • Provide input and advice in creating marketable job descriptions and specifications as needed based on key stakeholder input and to attract the right talent.
  • Coordinate with partners to resolve gaps between enterprise people programming and business unit needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand the talent needs of the various business units as it relates to the overall people strategy.
  • Identify required changes to allow enterprise people programs and projects to align with business unit culture.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as time-to-offer acceptance, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates to the Talent Attraction Director on sourcing activities and outcomes.
  • Branding and Marketing:
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and events to promote ATB Financial as a preferred employer.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance the ATB\'s online presence and attract top talent.
Skills, experience & requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, experience within the financial services industry would be an asset.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and Candidate Management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
