This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.

The role

Our business is scaling at speed, we have a premium product, that is in high demand and our international growth needs are strong. We are looking for a thoughtful, determined and strategic senior talent analytics specialist to help advance a 40+ TA department recruiting in highly competitive markets. A major way we achieve this is through data driven principles to identify areas for improvement that will enable our large growth desires in live casino and our tech organisation\'s infrastructure. In addition to this we have a focus on protecting our candidates and meeting SOC2 and GDPR compliance. Our ATS is Jobvite, a veteran ATS with many advances coming through every quarter and it\'s important we utilise the system to it\'s maximum potential so our team is having the best opportunity to operate and deliver, and for their own development in their recruiter careers in advanced ways of working. Key responsibilities

• Create and develop data analytics for a large scale recruiting department
• Be the administrator for our ATS (Jobvite)
• Ensure SOC2 compliance
• Ensure GDPR compliance

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel including power query
• Good data warehouse understanding and experience of working with BI tools
• Background in recruitment and an understanding of TA specific needs
