Here\'s How You Make an Impact:

• Owning the full recruitment life cycle for a portfolio within; everything from sourcing to closing and on-boarding.
• Helping build our hiring brand, employer value prop, and broadcast our brand across various online channels.
• Partnering with business leaders to build recruitment programs and strategies to fill current openings and build talent pipelines.
• Always be iterating on a better way to recruit; what avenues haven\'t we considered? How can we be proactive? You always want to improve.
• Building relationships; with hiring managers and candidates alike - you can manage the recruitment needs of the business while also providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partnering with our internal teams to ensure a competency and character-based approach to hiring and help them scale at a rapid pace.

You\'ll Thrive Here By Possessing the Following:

• You have 3-5 years in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of driving and delivering measurable results in a tech/software environment.
• Experience designing interview processes, developing the candidate experience, managing the funnel, prioritizing, and ultimately filling roles with great hires.
• You can connect with people of all backgrounds, across a variety of industries (Risk, Finance, Marketing, Data etc.).
• You have phenomenal communication skills with a collaborative approach to your work.
• You understand that making a career change is a big deal! You treat it as such and still ensure that every candidate is a great fit for Wave while being transparent about the process and setting expectations accordingly.
• You are hardworking and detail-oriented. You respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to candidates and those on the hiring team because you are promoting our brand and yours!
• You thrive in high-volume recruitment with ease by being proactively in tune with the hiring managers and candidates every step of the way.
