The TELUS Health Chief Growth Office (CGO) team plays a critical role in growing our Health business and building & protecting our brand. The GGO team spans various areas of the TELUS Health business including: Brand & Product Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Global Client Relationship Management, Integrated Communications, Government Relations and TELUS Interlock. You will be part of a new team that will be responsible for accelerating TELUS Health\'s global growth strategy that bolsters our capabilities in health and wellbeing.

As a Senior Strategy Manager on the Chief Growth Office (CGO) team, you will be responsible for the Strategic Planning and Enablement function across the entire Chief Growth Office. You will oversee proactive strategic planning, lead the CGO Leadership Team through critical governance processes, build out a streamlined approach to managing our executive reporting requirements and ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery of key deliverables. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the entire TELUS Health team.

Here\'s how

  • Act as the central connection point to bring strategic planning initiatives into one cohesive plan by collaborating with both the Leadership Team and working teams
  • Lead our team through governance activities and executive reporting requirements with the lens of delivering on core messaging priorities
  • Manage the CGO Scorecard build & reporting processes and drive education and team ownership over the Scorecard targets & metrics
  • Analyze business results to understand where there are opportunities and provide solutions to generate positive outcomes for our brand and customers
  • Support high-priority and/or ad-hoc requests, managing stakeholders as required to provide or present key information
  • Champion critical projects to support overall TELUS Health objectives
Qualifications

You\'re the missing piece of the puzzle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with expertise in preparing PowerPoint or Google Presentations for Senior-level audience
  • Able to manage multiple deliverables and to meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Experience in program management and ability to effectively engage a broad and diverse range of stakeholders in order to establish cross-functional TELUS interlock and to drive to an overall objective
Great-to-haves
  • Experience with analytics, strategy and planning
  • Project Management experience
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
