In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to inform and advance ministry policies.
Lead and manage change initiatives across the ministry, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and implement change management plans, including stakeholder engagement strategies, workshops, and training materials
Collaborate with senior management and project teams to define deliverables, allocate resources, and ensure consistency across engagement and change initiatives
Provide expert advice on risk management and offer guidance to support successful engagement and change implementation
Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and change initiatives, identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with ministry objectives
Manage procurement processes to secure external vendors and support the delivery of engagement and change-related services

Demonstrate knowledge of change management theories, tools and strategies to advise senior leadership

You have:
Communication skills to provide consultations, and develop reports and proposals
Ability to present briefings and recommendations to various audiences
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Adobe, and online engagement platforms to create presentations and change management materials

You have:
Ability to build relationships, and ability to negotiate and collaborate across teams and committees to inform and advance policy initiatives
Mediation and persuasion skills to foster key internal and external partnerships
Experience advising and facilitating cross-divisional projects, resolving issues and driving action plans
Ability to deliver stakeholder consultations to support strategic engagement and decision-making
