We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Staffing Specialist to join our team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in human resources, recruiting, and employee relations. The Senior Staffing Specialist will collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications through effective interviewing techniques. Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures Identify current and prospective staffing requirements Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling Prepare and post notices and advertisements Collect and screen applicants Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment Review candidate inventories Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offers and close candidates effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
