Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across different settings including long-term care and in-home care.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient conditions and respond effectively to emergencies. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records. Educate patients and families about health management and wellness. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Support continuous improvement of nursing practices and patient outcomes.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
