Our client is seeking a Senior Specialized IT Consultant
Key Deliverables Senior Specialized IT Consultant:
Product Requirements & Delivery: Analyze client needs and provide strategic IT solutions to enhance business processes. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of sustainment and minor enhancements across multiple platforms including public portals, case management systems, and SharePoint Online.
Prioritization & Architecture: Update architecture, functional, and technical design artifacts for the HAACMS solution. Administer and manage changes across cloud environments (DEV, UAT, PROD), ensuring alignment with business priorities and digital accessibility standards.
Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Integrate OPS services such as postal code lookup, Microsoft 365, IAA, Power BI, and SharePoint Online. Coordinate deployment strategies and manage service requests across systems.
Testing, Reporting & Knowledge Transfer: Contribute to QA activities, develop Power BI dashboards and reports, and support system testing and validation. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and produce documentation for maintenance releases and project deliverables.
Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on support for infrastructure, user access, and document management. Ensure compliance with OPS standards and guide non-development activities including presentations, documentation updates, and stakeholder coordination.
Must haves
More than 7 years of experience with technical hands-on solutions development, configuration
Experience with the following Technologies on Microsoft Cloud (MS):
MS Dynamics 365 CRM
MS Power App Portal
MS Power Automate
MS Azure Services
MS Azure Attachment Storage
MS Azure Active Directory
MS Azure DevOps
MS Azure KeyVault
Hands-on Experience in designing, developing, integrating and implementation of Azure Storage for Attachment Management with MS Dynamics 365 on cloud.
Hands-on Experience in Designing, Configuring and Implementation of Portal Applications.
