Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Specialist, Loyalty Marketing on a permanent basis at our Home Office in Saskatoon, SK.

This position is based out of our Home Office in Saskatoon however, our Loyalty team is open to our Senior Specialist, Loyalty Engagement working at any of our regional Zone offices located in Regina, Winnipeg, Edmonton, or Calgary. We also currently have flexible work agreements and are open to exploring ongoing remote work options with candidates.

What you’ll do:

You will support the successful build, implementation, marketing, and analysis of the new, consumer Loyalty program strategy. You will be responsible for operationalizing and ensuring marketing communications, personalized offers, targets and strategies are successfully executed to achieve the program’s loyalty engagement goals and objectives, improving the customer experience. You will also implement and utilize modern marketing techniques to carry out the initiatives to assist with the development and launch of the Loyalty program.

Program Build, Development, and Marketing

  • You will support the build and then execute the Loyalty program launch, operationalization, and continuous optimization.
  • You will make recommendations and provide input to loyalty strategy to Manager, Loyalty Engagement.
  • You will execute and market plans including working with stakeholders to establish relationships, ensuring alignment to overall loyalty objectives.
  • You will work collaboratively with internal marketing and various lines of business to implement the loyalty marketing strategy and campaigns.
  • You will execute pilot strategy, testing processes, feedback mechanisms, and roll-out plans necessary to deliver on Loyalty milestones. Make ongoing recommendations on how to improve the customer experience and incorporate Loyalty into existing programs.
Program Maintenance and Ongoing Improvement
  • You will support the Manager, Loyalty Engagement by identifying, recommending, and evaluating opportunities and enhancements to loyalty design, ensuring considerations for changing-complex customer needs are in alignment with organization level objectives.
  • You will recommend customer-facing offers by analyzing complex analytics in a quick turnaround timeframe to the Manager, Loyalty Engagement.
  • You will support the operationalization and support of personalized offers and lifecycle triggers.
  • You will work closely with the Loyalty Operations to ensure successful implementation and support of the Loyalty program features.
Collaboration
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing, communications, C/X, IT, and analytics in the execution of the Loyalty program. Work with external stakeholders on building, operationalizing, and optimizing the Loyalty program.
Analytics
  • You will be responsible for conducting measuring, forecasting and reporting analytics for Loyalty engagement strategies and efforts.
Personalized Offer Strategy
  • You will collaborate, schedule, test and proof communications, branding, content, channels. Recommends behavioral, transactional, and cross-commodity offers, and incentives designed to meet program objectives. Competitive analysis and review.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Strategy & Communications and:
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • You have a minimum of 6 years relevant progressively responsible experience in marketing. Loyalty and analytics experience or knowledge considered an asset. Project coordination and research/data analysis experience preferred (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.)
