Position Summary
As part of UHN's commitment to modernizing and operationalizing a transparent, equitable, and competitive compensation framework, the organization is undertaking a significant assessment and redesign of salary structures for non-union employees. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, your expertise as a Senior Specialist, Compensation Projects will serve as a critical conduit between strategic direction and UHN-wide execution of this program.
You will contribute to the structural review through analyzing and interpreting recommendations including updates to banding architecture and market alignment strategies. Using advanced compensation analytics, you will evaluate impacts across job families, levels, and employee groups. Working closely with Total Rewards, People & Culture, Finance, and HRIS colleagues, this role will deliver data-driven insights, prepare concise summaries and reports for executive approval, and support the continuous improvement of compensation programs and processes in a large, complex organization.
