The Role





We're seeking a

Senior Solution Architect

with deep expertise in financial crime and sanctions technology to support large-scale transformation initiatives for leading financial institutions. You'll lead design and solutioning efforts across watch list management and platform migration, bridging business objectives and technology outcomes to deliver enterprise-wide impact.

What You'll Do




Drive alignment between business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, compliant solutions Assess enterprise application deployment and migration strategies, identifying optimization opportunities Lead the development of target architecture and solution footprints for new or enhanced platforms Map current-state business capabilities and define future-state workflows to support the target operating model (TOM) Identify tool dependencies, data ownership models, and cross-platform integrations to ensure seamless delivery

What We're Looking For




Proven experience in

solution architecture

,

data management

, and

system integration

within financial services Strong knowledge of

financial crime

and

sanctions

processes, particularly

Watch List Management (WLM)

Demonstrated success leading

large-scale platform transformations

or global replacements Skilled in evaluating enterprise technology strategies and producing actionable optimization recommendations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and clarity
