The firm has a highly regarded solicitors practice that focuses on wills & estates, corporate/commercial, and real estate. ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is seeking an experienced solicitor to step into a busy role focussing on corporate commercial and estate planning. The firm has a highly regarded solicitors practice that focuses on wills & estates, corporate/commercial, and real estate. Flexible working conditions including remote-work and reduced hours are considered.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to an overflow of work and future succession planning the firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with an entrepreneurial spirit to join their business. The ideal candidate has strong foundational experience and the desire to take over a practice when the firms senior solicitor retires.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The practice includes corporate commercial and all elements of estate planning including complex business succession planning and wealth preservation. Mentorship will be provided, but the ability to work independently is essential.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ year call
• Ability to independently run wills & estates and corporate/commercial files
• Member of the Law Society of British Columbia, or eligible to be called to the BC Bar
