The "Senior Software Engineer - Mobile" position is with the Microsoft Teams Mobile Calling and Meetings team, which focuses on innovative features in the mobile collaboration and productivity space and an opportunity to collaborate with partner teams on technologies across the company and beyond. Responsibilities:

• Implement Mobile Calling and meeting features for mobile clients (Android or iOS)
• Work closely with infra team and partner team for E2E architecture and API design.
• Work closely with Project Managers and designers on E2E Mobile Calling and meeting feature design.
• Product/Feature quality and reliability monitor and live site support.
• Lead and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

• OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Android/iOS development experience using Kotlin or Swift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies,
• Experience with commercial product development with focus on user experiences
• Familiarity with web technologies \xe2\x80\x93 front-end TypeScript/JavaScript and HTML/React are the baseline, service-side C# development skills are plus
• Experience in building web applications, in component and system design.

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $104,000 - CAD $193,200 per year.
