Our cloud based middleware team is currently seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, architecting, designing, and implementing our next generation of cloud based middleware.

• Propose and implement quick prototypes to validate technology or architectural choices, with interactions with customers or prospects as needed. Strong hands-on ability is a must
• Design and implementation of complex development projects independently
• Evaluate and recommend open source tools and new technologies applied to existing cloud service products
• Review and contribute to product documentation and product user interface design. Provide general technical training to new developers, support engineers and sales engineers when needed
• Lead and supervise junior software engineers when needed

• C/C++ programming experience
• Experience with system profiling and performance optimization
• Familiarity with OpenStack open source software will be an asset
• Highly innovative DNA with extreme passion and ability to create, design and implement creative and ground breaking ideas
• Successful and proven experience in working in a software development team
• Can serve as an anchor in solving the most complex technical problems
• Have strong self-research capability, passionately and self-driving in learning new technology/product quickly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with both internal and external people

• Master and above degree or extensive research background is an asset for this position
