We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to ensure that we maximize the value of the Salesforce program, overseeing the implementation of Salesforce and manage the ongoing operational and continuous improvement processes across Moneris.

You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using
Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, and Process Builder
.
Implement and optimize
Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions
to enhance sales operations, pricing, and quoting processes.
Develop and maintain
complex process flows, automation rules, and validation rules
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed in design and development, including
security, performance, and maintainability
.
Troubleshoot and resolve
Salesforce-related technical issues
in a timely manner.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems using
APIs, web services, and middleware
.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.

5+ years
of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in
Sales Cloud and CPQ
with an understanding of configuration, customizations, and integrations.
Proficient in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
.
Experience with
Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools
.
Strong understanding of
object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
.
Experience with
CI/CD tools, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and deployment strategies
.
Salesforce
Platform Developer I & II
and
Salesforce CPQ Specialist
certifications (considered an asset)
Experience with
Salesforce DX and DevOps methodologies
(considered an asset)
Knowledge of
integration tools like MuleSoft
(considered an asset)
Familiarity with Agile development practices (considered an asset)
Prior experience working in high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments (considered an asset)
