About the Role

We're seeking an experienced

Senior Software Developer

to join a dynamic team supporting large-scale, multi-client web applications within the Ontario Public Sector.
You'll be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, ensuring system reliability and scalability.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years as a

designer/developer

in large-scale web applications 10+ years of

Java development

with

Oracle or SQL

databases 5+ years with

REST APIs / RESTful Web Services

Experience using

Azure DevOps

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with

OPS Development standards/processes

Knowledge of

microservices architecture

Strong understanding of

Agile methodologies

,

OAuth2.0

,

JWT

, and

security protocols

Oracle E-Business expertise (GL, AR, AP, Collections, etc.) Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications Develop detailed programming specifications, write/generate code, and perform unit tests Troubleshoot and resolve software issues during implementation and maintenance Collaborate across teams throughout the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Soft Skills

Excellent communication (verbal & written) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Team player, adaptive to changing priorities Experience working in public sector or large enterprise environments

Work Model

From Oct 20, 2025:

4 days onsite, 1 day remote

From Jan 5, 2026:

Fully onsite (5 days/week)
