Job Description

An experienced tradesperson /project leader is required by a small and rapidly growing renovation company to join our workforce and become a key team member.

As an experienced tradesperson, you:

have familiarity with all aspects of residential renovations know how to work through the stages of a renovation from demolition to finish carpentry are competent in most trades understand and be able to follow/commit to schedules and deadlines enjoy working in the trades. Quality work is a given, not a goal must be able to work independently but as part of a team have your own transportation to get to work sites. A pickup truck or van is a bonus. A valid driver's license is required. have your own safety equipment and tools that are needed on a day-to-day-basis. are capable of coordinating schedules with required subcontractors and ensuring their work is completed and up to standard.
