Location: Toronto, Ontario Pay: $150,000 - $180,000 Hours: Full Time Company Overview: One of Ontario\'s leading Construction Management firms is growing and is currently seeking a Site Superintendent to join their ICI division. Why Join?

- Preparation of the project schedule;
- lead project from beginning to occupancy
- Lead team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Setting up finishing operations and attending PDI inspections.
- Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a Site Superintendent role working for a Developer or Construction Manager
- Experience leading projects from Foundation - Occupancy
- Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
- Monday to Friday
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- construction: 1 year (preferred)
