Advanced Dynamics is looking for a SENIOR SERVICE SALES SPECIALIST who will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and/or related services. Responsibilities
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services
Service Sales Visits (on site) for face-to-face visibility with customer
Performs System Performance Audits (on site)
Develops opportunities to quote on
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Assures that reports; concerning any of the mentioned tasks, are written in a timely way, and that technical information relating to weaknesses and deficiencies of our equipment is reported officially
Contacts the maintenance/operation personnel during project phase for introduction
Contacts the maintenance/operation personnel of each customer after equipment is put in operation
Analyzes the territory/market\xe2\x80\x99s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization
Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Job Requirements
Pulp and Paper/Primary Metals/other related heavy industries manufacturing and/or service sector experience: +7 years
Engineering or Technologist Graduate or equivalent experience
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
Systematic and meticulous attention to detail
Must be results-orientated and able to work independently and within a team environment.
Able to work under strict deadlines
Can handle pressure and change in priorities
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
Must be bilingual (English & French)
