Principal Responsibilities

• Scientific lead for therapeutic antibody discovery programs
• Lead program workflow, from discovery campaign initiation to lead candidate selection
• Review new targets and contribute to campaign design
• Prepare and present data presentations and reports
• Work cross-functionally with other teams, CROs to efficiently and successfully deliver programs
• Train/supervise staff as required

Qualifications, Education & Experience

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or related field, with minimum 8 years relevant experience or equivalent
• Industry experience with antibody discovery workflows, including discovery platforms and characterisation essential

Skills & Abilities

• Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience of therapeutic antibody discovery of various platforms and formats
• Experience with characterisation of antibodies, and analysing data to aid lead candidate selection
• Experience leading project teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team
• Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
