What will your typical day look like?


  • Deliver projects and assist clients in transforming their legacy environment and help them navigate through most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of their performance function through leading- edge systems and processes
  • Translate customer requirements into a solution that will improve the HR function\xe2\x80\x99s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
  • Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, testing and deployment
  • Identify requirement \xe2\x80\x9cgaps\xe2\x80\x9d and provide design alternatives to maintain a high degree of quality in the solution build
  • Collaborate on innovative solutions to support the future of the practice
  • Be capable of leading a particular work stream, reviewing, and directing the work of more junior staff
  • Be capable of leading system demos and working sessions
  • Coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope
  • Ensure that the solution standard practices are utilized for all configuration and customization
  • Provide insight and expertise into the solution configuration based on previous work experiences and education
  • Work independently to deliver a portion or all of the solution build
  • Responsible for the knowledge transfer to customer system administrators

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice \xe2\x80\x93 the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization\xe2\x80\x99s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
  • Minimum of two end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and cycles with experience in SuccessFactors administration, integration with Employee Central and provisioning expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing SF Employee Central module under multiple deadlines
  • Experience in configuration of Employee Central forms.
  • Ability to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives/
  • Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel to client location
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher
  • The project being delivered in French and based out of Montreal, Quebec only French speaking applicants will be considered for this role
